In one of our previous startups, we demonstrated the ability to run 12,000 sheets per hour on a laminator using the WaterDeck. Before the WaterDeck was installed, running at high speeds for extended periods posed several challenges, including delamination, moisture streaks in the paper, and excessive starch application.
