Koelbel and Company, in partnership with Mark Hemmeter, has officially acquired the first Work Simple office project in Westminster, CO, located at 9191 Sheridan Blvd. Work Simple, launched last year, brings a revolutionary work-near-home (WNH) office concept to suburban markets, creating flexible, convenient workplaces for individuals and small businesses who want a professional setting without the long commute. This first acquisition is only the beginning of our journey to reshape the suburban office experience. The new Westminster space spans 40,000 square feet and will soon feature private offices, co-working areas, conference rooms (including one within a former bank vault!), and shared amenities designed for maximum comfort and convenience. With renovations underway, we’re creating a dynamic environment that provides month-to-month, turn-key solutions to accommodate approximately 200 small businesses.
