We saved our customers DAYS of work with our newest feature release. How? Testing policies is often the biggest headache when implementing AI. Customers used to spend days in an endless, frustrating loop: - Build the AI agent. - Manually test it step by step. - Come up against inevitable failures. - Tweak the agent. - Test it again from the start. - Repeat…for days. If you’re a CX leader and you’ve built a chatbot before, you know exactly what I’m talking about. We knew there had to be a way to simplify testing and save time for our customers. So we flipped the process entirely. Instead of running hundreds of manual tests after building, teams can now validate policies in *minutes*: ? Define the key scenarios upfront. ? Set expected inputs, outputs, and edge cases. ? Let AI generate a policy that *already* meets those criteria. Now, our customers go from days of frustrating trial-and-error to minutes of validation. It’s faster. It’s easier. And it’s all because we listened when our customers told us about their biggest roadblocks.
