Each year, our Kodiak family comes together to make the holidays brighter for local families in need. Flashback to earlier this year when our team was able to spend a few days at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) teaching college students about commercial roof estimating! This course spends an entire month on roofing education, inviting various manufacturers and contractors out to educate the younger generation on the industry. We always enjoy being able to interact with the next generation and help prepare them for the challenges of tomorrow!
