Today marked a significant development as Kosovo successfully organized its first auction for building a 100MW PV park. While the price per MW came in lower than anticipated, I am confident that this project will be implemented successfully by the winning consortium.

Our two colleagues Granit Vokshi (Managing Partner) and Lek? Morina (Senior Associate), participated at the “Energy Transition Towards the Green Agenda” Conference held in Tirana. During the conference, we gained more insights on the region’s energy transition, balancing the energy trilemma, and what it takes to build new green businesses. Moreover, the panels led by industry experts and policymakers discussing on transitioning to sustainable energy sources, offered valuable perspectives on energy security in the Western Balkans, as well as power sector investments and market coupling. The networking opportunities and discussions on potential investments, climate financing, and the interest of investors in Kosovar energy were eye-opening.
