Basic Skill Required: - An MBA degree specializing in Sales & Marketing. Equivalent experience is considered. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent listening skills, positive & down to earth but energetic, adaptive attitude. Role Expectation: - Develop Business strategy and plans and assess the viability of new business opportunities. - Field inbound calls or make outbound calls on warm leads. - Directly responsible for selling services/products in the respective service lines. - Builds and maintains effective relationships with new and existing consumers. Additional Information: Office based – opposite to Kabi Subhas Metro, Kolkata Weekly cash incentives to drive the right performance. Shift schedules will be 9:30 am to 5.30 pm – 5 working days per week. Training will be provided for an initial 1 month.
