The Edith and Peter O'Donnell Jr. Athenaeum at The University of Texas at Dallas is now complete, standing as a true cultural centerpiece for the campus. KSC partnered with Morphosis and The Beck Group to fabricate and install over 9,900 SF of aluminum composite panels and custom perforated aluminum plates, creating a fa?ade that merges art and architecture. The?JPS Health Network?in Fort Worth has commenced construction on its new 8-story parking garage as part of a multi-year campus expansion project totaling $1.2 billion. KSC is working with project partners?The Beck Group?and?POTERE CONSTRUCTION LLC?on the structure’s metal fa?ade which incorporates over 81,000 SF of perforated aluminum, aluminum composite, and post painted aluminum plate?across both the KSC EFS 1000 and the KSC 3000 systems. Poised to be the tallest tower in Texas, #Austin’s Waterline will offer hotel, office, and residential spaces spanning 74 stories. Elements of the project’s natural surroundings are impacting its stacked design which gives way to the organic forms found throughout the area. The $280 million expansion of Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin is underway to meet the needs of the growing population. The project will add 150 beds, a Neurosciences Center of Excellence, and expand the ICU and outpatient spaces. Ryan Tower, a 22-story, 400,000 SF Class AA office building at #LegacyWest in Plano, will soon be the new world headquarters for?Ryan, among other tenants. Designed by?Gensler?and?Ryan Companies US, Inc.,?this virtually column-free workspace will feature an onsite fitness center, conference rooms, a tenant lounge, café, structured parking, bike storage, and manicured green space. The $250 million renovation and expansion of the?Saint Francis Health System’s hospital campus in Tulsa is aimed at enhancing patient care with the addition of a new six-story patient tower, emergency department, more operating rooms, and a six-story parking garage.
