Partners Kregg Koch, Sabing Lee, and Harnik Shukla were involved in several workshops and panels throughout the medtech conference: Kregg moderated, and Harnik participated in, the panel “Preparing Your Company IP for Investment,” while Sabing served as a panelist for sessions on “Navigating Innovation, Investment, and Impact in 2025” and “SoCal's New Playbook for Funding and Growing Startups from "Burn Rate" to Billions”. Known as PatCon 13, the annual conference brings together patent scholars in law, economics, management science, and other disciplines to share their research. ?
