Nearly 1 in 4 children in our community face food insecurity. Explore how the Clear Lake Food Pantry is making a real difference—learn more at the link below. For nearly 30 years, Knighthawk Engineering has supported the Clear Lake Food Pantry (CLFP), a critical resource for Houston families. The video in this post highlights CLFP’s community impact, providing meals to over 500 families weekly and reaching between 2,000 to 2,500 individuals. Led by President Cliff Knight, CLFP continues to ensure that local families have access to nutritious meals. Entirely volunteer-driven, the pantry thrives thanks to an exceptional team of volunteers whose commitment is truly inspiring. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/dbnUk4qF

MTM Achieves Breakthrough in Gallium & Germanium Recovery! As China tightens export controls on critical minerals, MTM Critical Metals is pioneering a game-changing solution for gallium (Ga) and germanium (Ge) recovery from semiconductor industry waste. Our Flash Joule Heating (FJH) technology has achieved preliminary test results of 90% Ga and 80% Ge recovery rates, offering a cost-effective, sustainable, and acid-free alternative to traditional methods. This breakthrough is made possible through our strategic collaboration with Indium Corporation, a key global supplier of technology metals, which has been instrumental in securing high-value scrap feedstock for this initiative. Gallium and germanium are indispensable for semiconductors, defence, and renewable energy, yet their supply chains remain vulnerable. MTM’s technology represents a scalable and independent solution to this growing crisis, securing critical materials for the future. Great technology and opportunities under the leadership of Simon Adams, Michael Walshe, Steve Ragiel and the rest of the MTM Critical Metals team! KnightHawk Engineering, Inc is excited to be part of this amazing project, please stay tuned for more updates and exciting announcements!

Presented in this PDF is KnightHawk Engineering's Patented Hydrogen Torch Reformer (HTR). It gives an overview of key insights into the HTR's performance and strategic development background. This Reactor is able to produce renewable syngas while destroying some of the notoriously tough "forever chemicals", such as PFAS, in various waste streams. The HTR's modular design pulls from the team of SME inventors' decades of experience working with other reforming technologies such as SMRs, ATRs, POX, and various advanced gasification methods. The HTR's ability to produce syngas from waste hydrocarbons stands apart from other technologies with its ability to handle flexible feedstocks and, due to its zero-catalyst operation, avoid catalyst poisoning risks associated with other processes. This technology has a proven track record from its "proof of concept" to "Bench" scale testing with certified engineering reports ready for review. The HTR's commercial unit is expected to be transformative and disruptive to the syngas and waste-to-energy market. We look forward to updating you further on pilot plant operations and production development.

TLE’s often limit production and incur maintenance costs for its owners and operators by failures or unplanned shutdowns for decoking and mechanical cleaning required. Specifically, problems include (i) Coke build-up on the inlet cone refractory, on the peripheral tube-sheet face and in the tube inlets and (ii) Erosion of the tubesheet by flow impingement on the central zone. These problems result in increasing pressure drops and a reduction in heat transfer – a classic ‘snowball’ cascading effect....KnightHawk's Solution Is Our Intrabody Flow Distributor.
