It operates a restaurant, 96-room luxury hotel room service operation, corporate special events, catering, and large scale event liquor and food concessions. The restaurant "Establishment Restaurant and Bar" was named one of the best new restaurants in 2011 for the South Bay. The purpose of the operation was to bring inspired hospitality into every aspect of food and alcohol service in the community. Knight Restaurant Group is based in the South Bay of Los Angeles in Hermosa Beach, California. The operation specializes in corporate events, meetings and large events such as the World Series of Beach Volleyball in 2015 with 65,000 attendees. Currently, the restaurant operation is closed pending a sale to a new group.
