Sometimes, you need a higher viewpoint to get the full picture. Combining space imaging and geoscience, Lunasonde is supporting global peace and sustainability efforts through a proprietary AstroGPR? satellite remote sensing radar that benefits humanity by locating valuable subsurface resources, such as previously unknown aquifers, and groundwater deposits. By detecting the depth-to-water table in known aquifers, Lunasonde provides a near real-time measurement of regional water scarcity and can discover hitherto untapped “fossil aquifers”, providing a new water source for drought-stricken areas.
