W.S. Cumby is excited to share a view of the new 15-acre St. Charles Borromeo Seminary campus in Gwynedd Valley, PA! The design features a new Student Life Center that serves as the heart of activities for residents and includes an 8,500 SF Chapel, dining hall, library, and fitness center, as well as a new Residence Hall containing semi-private living spaces. After years of design and documentation, I'm excited that the Martin Hall project which I'm managing is within a year of completion. Architects Goody Clancy have done a great job repurposing this Art Deco biology building for computer science and film and media studies; while preserving historic elements and pursuing Living Building Challenge certification.
