Concarlo Therapeutics is pioneering a novel approach in oncology by targeting p27, the master regulator of CDK2/4/6, to halt cancer cell proliferation. Unlike traditional CDK inhibitors, Concarlo's p27 inhibitors prevent the activation of these key kinases, which play a critical role in driving tumor growth. This approach has shown promise in preclinical studies, where Concarlo’s inhibitors reduced tumor growth and extended survival. Concarlo is opening new pathways for effective cancer therapies with a focus on the potent regulation of cancer’s fundamental proliferation mechanisms. DeepLook Medical just hit two major milestones! "Along with the funding announcement, DeepLook has released new data showcasing the impact of DL Precise at a major New York hospital. According to the data, the hospital saw a 12% improvement in recall rates, improving adherence to the American College of Radiology (ACR) guidelines for breast cancer detection.
