When construction is going well because you’ve got a strong, collaborative team—it's actually fun! Things are moving along incredibly well at St. Paul School District. So well, that we’re now actively exploring additional scopes within the bond that didn’t seem feasible just a few months ago. How did we get here? One of the biggest benefits of the Design-Build delivery method is that it brings all project team members to the table equally—collaborating on scope, schedule, and budget, all aligned toward what's best for the client.
