As a full service supplier, we are capable of generating first level prototypes and completing each stage of prototyping to bring each project into full production. Our reputation as one of the best has evolved around the ability to recognize industry's needs for custom applications in a production environment, and meet or exceed every expectation. Response: KLH maintains a policy of immediate response, and with same day air freight, 24 hour door to door service is not uncommon. Custom/Production: Complex prototypes to high production runs can be immediately placed into production reducing lead times. Complete Manufacturing: With our diverse machining capabilities all operations are completed in-house to maintain full manufacturing control and produce each project using the latest software, machining techniques, and inspection equipment. Micro Miniature to Large Projects: Our machine capacities include up to 10,000 lb. blocks, down to the smallest parts that can only be inspected by our Video Imaging equipment. We consistently maintain tolerances of .00005" and will supply full inspection reports when requested.
