The historic/landmark restoration of this multi-unit apartment complex features the following: ? Full Abatement of ACM at Main Roof & BH. ? 4500 SF of Roof Membrane Over Vaccum Insulated Panels (VIP). ? Copper Reglet. ? Copper Gravel Stop. ? Concrete Loose Laid Pavers. ? Structual TC Deck Patching. ? Resurfacing Concrete Topping. ? Misc. Concrete Repairs & Coating. ? LL11 Repairs. Although the roof had previous roof recoveries, the existing slab was in severe disrepair as you can expect from a historic/landmark building that was built well over 120 years ago. The project designer chose to utilize VIP insulation to minimize height disturbance at the perimeter flashings while maximizing the R-value which will positively impact the energy saving of the building for years to come.

Check out this Beautiful Recently Completed Project: Covering an area of 6,500 square feet of roofing & 4,000 square feet of concrete pavers, metal copings, balcony traffic coating, & fiber cement panels. Pavers contribute to the visual appeal of the area and offer a functional surface for pedestrian traffic. The use of adjustable pedestals allows for precise leveling and ensures the longevity of the roofing system as a whole. Furthermore, the project includes the installation of 600 linear feet of aluminum metal coping. This component serves both practical and aesthetic purposes, providing protection while adding a sleek and modern finish to the overall design. The application of traffic coating on balconies spanning 800 square feet enhances safety and durability by providing a non-slip surface resistant to heavy foot traffic and environmental exposure.
