Their goals and focus on onboarding EHR education provides nurses with onboarding training that meets their needs by tailoring training content and type to the learner. These efforts earned them scores in the the 90 percentiles in Net EHR Experience scores, nurse satisfaction with initial EHR education, and agreement that training was workflow specific.
