S Corporations & Partnerships: Returns are due March 17th, but you can file for a six-month extension until September 15th with Form 7004. ??? C Corporations: Due April 15th (for calendar year corporations). Fiscal year corporations must file by the 15th day of the fourth month after their year-end. However, if your corporation operates on a June 30th fiscal year, you have an earlier filing deadline of September 15th. Need extra time? You can request a six-month extension with Form 7004.
