Reflecting on MBE Night's 16th Anniversary, I'm reminded of where I was 16 years ago when High Impact Partners (HIP) was founded and how impactful rooms like this would've been in those early stages of #entreneurship. As any #govcon professional who's been in business for over a decade can probably tell you, the procurement process is no cakewalk—especially for #smallbusinesses. It was great to hear from the Moore-Miller Administration about how the Procurement Reform Act of 2025 will help modernize and streamline the procurement process for organizations doing business with the State of Maryland. A moment of reflection, gratitude, and gusto. ? With Thanksgiving two weeks behind us and Christmas two weeks ahead, I'm reminded of how fast time flies when we manage to stay busy. I can't believe 2024 is nearly over! This year marks the 15th anniversary of High Impact Partners (HIP) and I couldn't be happier with all that we've accomplished in that time.
