Emely recently graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a triple major in Business Management,?Real Estate and International Studies. During her academic journey, she demonstrated exceptional determination and a strong work ethic, making her a perfect fit for our team. In her role as a Development Analyst, Emely will be engaging in multifamily projects, utilizing her skills in development proposals and her experience with LIHTC cases. Her journey through the IU Real Estate Program, where she regularly worked on real-world real estate problems and presented solutions to real clients, has prepared her well for this role. Beyond her academic achievements, Emely has shown a remarkable ability to empathize and mentor others. She worked as a Peer Mentor Coach for the Kelley School of Business, providing personal and professional support for Latin women in their first year of college. Her commitment to creating pathways for others to find success and her genuine care for people make her a valuable addition to our team. She also participated in an initiative with the Urban Land Institute, where she created a development proposal from the ground up, winning second place and impressing city officials and community members. Emely's commitment and drive make her an ideal candidate for a position oriented towards self-starters and those driven to achieve their personal and professional goals.
