Daniel Palmer Congratulations to Daniel Palmer for drafting and arguing a successful summary disposition motion in a case where plaintiff “blackboarded” in excess of $314,000.00 in economic damages. This first-party No-Fault Auto case included complex claims for wage loss, medical expenses, attendant care, replacement services, and medical mileage. Mr. Palmer demonstrated that the plaintiff had made material misrepresentations while pursuing No-Fault auto benefits. His success reflects not only his skill but also the invaluable contributions of his team, who meticulously reviewed and analyzed thousands of pages of records to expose the plaintiff’s deceptive claims.
