Kirkpatrick Program Management is thrilled to announce our newest client, Pointe Vista Holding Company.?We will provide cost consulting on the new $3 Billion development, Pointe Vista Lake Texoma.?This 2700-acre master planned development, along 19 miles of shoreline, will set a new standard in Lake Texoma Living!?When completed, the new development will consist of 2,100 homes, three 4-star hotels, including the new Hard Rock Hotel and Residences, a new Lakeside Hotel and Convention Center, new Boutique Hotel and Golf Clubhouse, an 11-acre Inland Oasis (Caribbean Bay), Eco-Tourism Areas, Retail Shops, Restaurants, Family Entertainment Facilities, an Enclosed Water Park, new Marina Facilites, Luxury RV and Camping, and so much more! Kirkpatrick Program Management is thrilled to annouce we have been awarded the Owner's Representative contract for the JC Penney Building Renovation on behalf of the Community Action Agency of OKC/Canadian Counties, Inc. This approximately $13 million renovation will include small restaurant business incubators, small business office space, and affordable housing to the communities it serves. Funding sources will include multiple grant agencies, including state and federal historic grants, as well as the goodwill of donors. We are grateful to our partners in this endeavor, Coalign Group (grant funding consultant) and ADG Blatt (design team). Happy New Year! 2024 is off to a great start! Kirkpatrick Program Management has been awarded the Program Management Services contract for the new triple bay (737 aircraft) Hangar 4 at Will Rogers World Airport. This $40 million project designed by FSB Architects + Engineers will expand Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) capabilities of the tenant, AAR and their client, Alaska Airlines. Kirkpatrick Program Management will provide program management services on behalf of the Oklahoma City Airport Trust and the citizens of Oklahoma City!
