I've been a Ghanaian citizen for 1 full week. ?????? Time really does fly. I got my ECOWAS card which I've highly coveted for years, and my passport, so it's Official Official!!! I'm truly in awe. Will be writing and vlogging about all of this soon. As well as giving an update on Kinnect . There have been many hiccups, but we're still in development! ?? Starting a company is not for the weak. Especially when your entire team is remote, in different countries throughout Africa and some of whom you've never met in person. The lessons I'm learning vary from using different payment methods for every country a team member is in, and taking classes to learn more about the work my team members do to finding the line between micro and macro managing. I hate micromanaging. I'm not your parent, please do the job you're skilled at and were hired to do by the due date. Simple. Apparently not.
