Project Spotlight: SafeRack GX Gangway Installation & Maintenance Kinley Construction recently upgraded the gangway systems at Ash Grove Cement Company in New Braunfels, TX, replacing seven existing units with SafeRack GX-powered gangways. With our deep knowledge of SafeRack’s full product line, we ensured a seamless installation—giving the client confidence that their new gangways would function as intended. Beyond installation, our team is now providing biannual preventive maintenance, ensuring long-term reliability and peak performance for Ash Grove’s operations. Project Spotlight: Expanding Crude Handling Capabilities in Oklahoma Kinley Construction’s Energy group is making progress on a boiler system installation that will enhance crude transport efficiency at a terminal in Oklahoma. This system is designed to facilitate the movement of waxy crude from inbound rail to storage and pipeline as part of a larger terminal expansion project. Our scope includes: - Site prep & foundation work - Erecting a pre-engineered metal building - Installing boiler system equipment - Mechanical piping installation - Instrumentation & electrical supply (with support from Kinley’s I/E group) A big thanks to Tim Millstid (Director of Operations – Energy) and Casey Fithian (Project Manager – Energy) for leading the way.
