?? Kingscott Associates + Fielding International: A Winning Partnership for Novi High School! ?? We are thrilled to share a special moment in our journey with Novi Community School District! Kingscott and Fielding International came together for a high-stakes Design Competition to re-imagine Novi High School as a premier institution setting a new standard for Michigan and beyond. Competing against three other top K-12 design firms, our team’s bold vision and innovative approach won the competition—and the opportunity to lead the transformation of Novi High School! But the story doesn’t end there. At the recent Novi Educational Foundation "Go For The Green" Gala, our Kingscott/Fielding team proudly donated the competition fee back to the Novi Education Foundation in recognition of the incredible work they do to enhance educational experiences for Novi students. This was our way of giving back and showing our commitment to the future of education in Novi. We are honored to design with purpose, give back with heart, and build for the future. We had a great morning at the Central Michigan School Business Officials Meeting! Today, Kingscott, along with The Christman Company, PFM and Lansing School District, had the privilege of presenting on "Best Practices in Long Term Facility Planning." We shared insights and strategies to help school districts plan strategically to optimize their facilities for the future. On Friday, our Challenge Detroit Fellows, Dana and Zahra presented their winter project focused on enhancing community connections with the Detroit People Mover. Their design question? "How might we enable Detroit neighborhood residents to be more informed about and connected to the People Mover?" Dana and Zahra were part of the Senior Ridership Engagement group, which focused on creating a strategic initiative to get Detroit senior residents to engage, connect with, and ride the Detroit People Mover.
