Eric Hutton Employee of the Month Since joining the Kings Ford team over 8 years ago in April of 2016, Eric Hutton has really grown into a key member of our Fixed Operations Team. Eric initially started at Kings Ford as a Lot Technician; his easily apparent hard work attitude and people skills quickly landed him an opportunity as a Service Advisor. Eric is recognized by his peers as being a team player, hard worker, and consistently willing to try new processes or solutions in an effort to streamline Fixed Ops efficiencies; for 2024, he has regularly been the leader in repair order quantity or dollars sold through XTime Estimate's microsite customer authorization platform, where customers can authorize work from the convenience of their mobile phone via text message, eliminating the need for phone tag when authorizing simpler jobs. Eric is also applauded for having a good attitude and being willing to go the extra mile to help his customers or his coworkers. Please join us in celebrating Eric’s many achievements!
