Here’s a quick breakdown to help you understand what’s included — and where there may be gaps: ?? Traditional Medicare does not cover routine hearing exams, hearing aids, or fittings. ?? Medicare Advantage plans generally cover an annual hearing test and may cover fitting exams and some of the cost for hearing aids. ?? Medicare Part B covers diagnostic exams for hearing and hearing-related issues if ordered by an eligible provider. ?? After meeting the deductible, beneficiaries typically pay 20% coinsurance.
