This afternoon, Kinetik declared an increase to its quarterly cash dividend to $0.78 per share for the third quarter ended September 30, 2024, representing a 4% increase versus its prior quarterly dividend.

Yesterday, Kinetik completed the acquisition of Durango Midstream’s New Mexico gathering and processing system. This acquisition significantly enhances our position in the northern Delaware Basin and reinforces our value proposition as a leading pure-play midstream provider.
