We provide three primary services: M&A Advisory / Business Brokerage - we serve as 'deal quarterback', overseeing all details required to successfully close transactions, including: -Preparing detailed business presentation package and executing customized marketing strategy -Confidentially promoting business to create a market of multiple qualified buyers -Working closely with other deal team professionals (CPAs, attorneys and other bankers) -Recommending and negotiating optimal terms / deal structures Provide Opinions of Value - Our Broker's Opinion of Value (BOV) is an economical way for business owners to understand the real market value of their businesses.
