In Door County, WI,we made the dream of accessible outdoor adventures possible by supporting the introduction of the first-ever wheeled track chair at Peninsula State Park. Today, this initiative is transforming access across the state, ensuring EVERYONE can experience the outdoors. ?? In Denmark, WI, we helped to form OneDenmark, a nonprofit organization made up of diverse leaders, by equipping the community with a model, tools, and network. Together, we supported them in repurposing a former school building into a thriving community hub where everyone belongs. ?? For Brown County United Way, we’ve helped weave national strategies and the vital conditions of health to build clarity and a stronger foundation for creating bridges of trust and collaboration with rural communities through their HubCAP Initiative. ?? With Destinations Career Academy, we’re pioneering the development of the NE WI Kinect Collaborative Hub, where public virtual high school students connect in person with businesses, nonprofits, and philanthropy partners, creating pathways for the future of education and community. ?? We partnered with Well-being and Equity (WE) in the World to transform their tools and strategies onto an online platform, Mighty Networks, ensuring people of all ages and sectors can access these resources while connecting with others across the globe to build stronger networks and make things more equitable and just. ?? Advising on “Live Well Husqvarna” in Sweden- modeled after our Live Algoma initiative- creating opportunities for ALL to Thrive. ??
