This past week was sadly busy with several more emergency foster care placements, all coming in with either nothing or a basic backpack with limited essentials. ?? These statements couldn’t feel more real as they do right now. And this is exactly why we knew The Kindness Project needed to be born in 2017. ???? Prior to that, no resource like ours was available in eastern PA. It has been a long, often difficult journey to develop a successful nonprofit (especially during COVID!), but it has been so very worth it. ???? It is our honor to be on the frontlines for kids who are impacted by foster care and the families who open their homes at 1am. ??
