It’s that time of year when we look ahead, and Kind Theory is setting our sights higher than ever. We’re focused on expanding our impact, reaching more people, and building an even stronger community. To keep things running smoothly, we’re looking for support from monthly donors. Consistent monthly support allows us to plan ahead and keep our programs going strong. Every donation MATTERS. If you believe in what Kind Theory stands for, consider joining as a monthly donor! Image description: The graphic promotes a fundraising campaign for "Kind Theory," encouraging people to join as monthly donors. It has a headline that says, “It’s that time of year! Let’s grow Kind Theory together!” with supporting visuals of three hands in a fist bump, symbolizing unity and teamwork. The campaign goals are listed as “Expand Our Impact,” “Build a Stronger Community,” and “Support Monthly Events & Programs.” The text indicates a need for 20 people to commit to donating $50 per month. A yellow starburst highlights the call to action, “Join as a Monthly Donor Today!” with a clickable "Donate" icon. At the bottom, contact information is provided, including an email address and a “Learn More” button. #MakeADifference #SupportKindness #TogetherForChange #CommunitySupport #KindnessMatters #BeTheChange #KindTheory

We shared that something exciting was on the way, and now it’s here! Sometimes, the right resources can change everything. That’s why we’ve built a program that connects neurodivergent people to real, practical support. We envisioned a space where every person’s goals and challenges are truly seen and supported, step by step. This vision has driven us all along. Introducing the Employment and Resource Support Network (ERSN) ERSN is hands-on and personal, focusing on real, one-on-one support for each person. Through personalized coaching, we’re here to help neurodivergent individuals grow and thrive. And we want to hear from you: What resources would make a difference in your life? What goals do you have that we can support? We’re super excited to be starting this new chapter at Kind Theory. Ready to get involved? You can register now by scanning the QR code above and take your first step with us! Image description: The graphic is an informational flyer for the "Employment & Resource Support Network (ERSN)," an initiative by Kind Theory aimed at supporting neurodivergent individuals. The top-left section of the flyer features bold, prominent text in white on a maroon background that reads "Employment & Resource Support Network (ERSN)." Below this, in smaller text, it states, "Helping neurodivergent individuals thrive through:" followed by a list of services provided: "Personalized coaching," "Mental health resources," and "Skill-building support." Each service is displayed in a distinct colored button, creating a visually appealing and organized layout. A "Join Now" button is situated below these options, paired with a QR code that likely directs to the sign-up or information page. On the right side, there is a rounded photo of two people collaborating in a workspace, emphasizing community and support. The Kind Theory logo, featuring an interwoven design, is located in the top right corner on a white background, balancing the flyer’s design with a professional, approachable aesthetic. #NeurodiversitySupport #InclusiveWorkplace #EmploymentSupport #KindTheory #CommunitySupport #EmpowerNeurodiversity

Hello everyone! We’ve got something super exciting to share! Our own Matthew Rushin has just started his woodworking business, “Wooden’t You Know It?” The pieces he’s making are amazing, and we’re all completely in love with them! We couldn’t wait to show you. Matthew could use a little support – whether it’s in-kind donations or just cheering him on. Let’s help him make this venture a success! Image description: The graphic is an announcement flyer for Matthew Rushin’s new woodworking business, "Wooden’t You Know It?" The design features a rustic, wood-textured background that reinforces the woodworking theme. At the top is the "Kind Theory" logo with an interwoven design, giving a subtle professional touch. Below the logo, bold text reads "INTRODUCING," followed by the business name, "Wooden’t You Know It?" The business name is highlighted with a stylized illustration of a wooden log and a small axe, evoking a classic woodworking feel. Below, it states "Est. 2024," accompanied by two green leaf motifs, adding a touch of natural imagery. Further down, the phrase "BY MATTHEW RUSHIN" appears in bold uppercase, underscoring the business founder’s name. The closing line, "Join us in supporting Matthew's 'Wooden’t you know it' journey!" encourages community support, adding a welcoming and inclusive tone. #HandmadeWithLove #WoodworkingBusiness #SupportSmallBusiness #WoodArt #KindTheory

Today’s Make a Difference Day 2024 - October 25th & 26th- A National Day of Service at the Sensory Fun with Kind Theory event was a testament to the power of kindness in action! Volunteer McKinney connected us with 15+ incredible volunteers who came together, transforming the space into a sensory wonderland where every child could simply be themselves—free to explore, connect, and feel completely at ease. Thanks to Volunteer McKinney ’s thoughtful coordination, the day unfolded with dedicated volunteers working hard to provide a space that's designed with the sensory support needs in mind. Witnessing our community rally together with open hearts reminded us that small acts of care can create lasting ripples, and today’s beautiful gathering was a moment we’ll cherish forever. Thank you to everyone who became a member of our Kind Force today! ??
