Happy Welcome Wednesday! ?? This week, we're excited to introduce Joanna Wilson, our new Regional Director of Operations! A North Carolina native, Joanna earned her degree in Finance & Risk Management from Appalachian State and later completed her MBA at UNC Wilmington. Before transitioning to ABA in 2021, she spent several years managing substance abuse and mental health facilities. Joanna’s passion for expanding access to quality ABA Services is personal—her 18-year-old son has Autism and lacked access to services when he was younger. As she shares, "I know ABA would have made a difference in his life had it been available in our area."

We recently celebrated some major achievements at our Concord clinic! Team members earned certificates and swag for completing competency assessments in Skill-Based Training (SBT) ?? SBT requires not just additional training but also the adaptability to think beyond traditional ABA methods. Staff members who pass each level (1-6) receive a special gift related to the skills taught at that level!
