Our mission statement is “Making a Difference in the Lives of Those We Serve.” This mission gives us a higher purpose for why we go to work each day—to make a positive difference in people’s lives. This applies not only to our team members, but also to our community partners that we support.
Kimray’s Make a Difference Foundation
MADF helps team members get back on their feet, and reminds them that during difficult times, their coworkers and community care about them and their families. The foundation is funded primarily by team member donations and a dollar-for-dollar match by Kimray to multiply the generosity of individuals.

We’re proud to offer benefits like our Childcare Reimbursement Policy to take a piece of the financial burden for childcare off our team members. This policy helps compensate childcare expenses when you’re away at work. Kimray also offers 12 weeks of maternity leave and four weeks of paternity leave to team members when a new addition comes into their lives.
