Bent Columns in a structure or building a problem? Not for us. We were contacted last year by a GC for a local marina who had ended up with a car in their maintenance building, and I don't mean they came in through a pre-existing opening. Sheared the anchor bolts and bent the the main center column of the building. We fabricated a new column and installed temporary supports to brace the internal secondary structure. We then lifted the roof beam 3/4 of an inch so that we could take out the old column and slide the new one in place. After attaching the secondary structure to the new column we installed new panels on the outside of the building to make it look like new!

My friends down at SHELL POINT MARINA, LLC called us with an issue that a number of marinas have. They needed more storage space AND wanted this space to accommodate larger and heavier boats. When you work with an owner that has a clear vision of what they want to accomplish and how they want to do it, it really makes it easy to meet their needs. We designed a system to fit their available space and built it on site for them to store up to 14 boats, 15,000 lbs. each. Great people to work with and they are currently undertaking a number of projects at the marina to better enhance the overall experience for their customers. If you are in the Ruskin/Tampa area definitely take your boat there for storage or whatever other boat service you may need.

It was a busy 2023, so haven't posted in a while, time to let you all know what we have been up to. This is a project we did for a local company. As their business continued to grow, they need more material storage capability. We worked with them to move plate racks so that they better suited material flow and fabricated/installed a new plate rack and multi-level coil rack which tripled their coil holding capacity.
