Customer was needing a ladder to retrieve parts from the top parts of their bins... even scarier, most of the parts stored up high were big and heavy! I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to drop an 1-1/2 X 7" bolt on my head! He also had hardware in drawers, making the drawers very heavy and creating another hazard. So we showed him how it didn't have to be that way! Customer is happy and the mechanics were happy to put the ladder away!
