Kilsaran are thrilled to announce the acquisition of the Alcrete precast facility in Kill, Co. Kildare.? ? Kilsaran Precast, which currently operates from Oranmore in Galway and Brownstown in Kildare, will see a significant increase in twin wall production capacity when this new precast production plant comes on stream in early 2026. This new facility will be the biggest twin wall plant commissioned in Ireland to date. Kilsaran Road Surfacing &?Contracting were delighted to host a “Sustainable Pavement Design and Construction” CPD in Tullamore recently, for our customers from the Offaly County Council, highlighting the innovations in pavement design and asphalt production.? ? Our Technical Manager, Dimitris Michailidis (CEng MIEI), spoke about the use of reclaimed asphalt pavement, warm mix and bio binder in the production process, the latest technologies in pavement surfacing, regulatory requirement updates and carbon emission reduction opportunities in the industry.? ?
