We've been keeping busy! Partner Roy Van Wyk recently served as issuer's counsel to the Hickory Tree Community Development District in the issuance of its $6,400,000 Special Assessment Bonds, Series 2024.?The bonds will finance the construction of Phases 1 and 2a containing approximately 102 acres and planned for 428 single-family homes. When completed, approximately 25% of the acreage ?is proposed to be open space, conservation areas, and parks.
