We are looking to expand our team by hiring a Plaintiff personal injury associate attorney who will work directly under partner, Megan Kiefer. Ms. Kiefer has a file load consisting primarily of high value and complex personal injury cases, including auto, trucking, slip/trip and fall, hurricane, and insurance litigation cases. She has a high volume practice, which also includes trial work, appellate work, and significant motion practice. Job responsibilities will include legal research and writing, motion practice, appearing for depositions and oral arguments, managing discovery, attending mediations, trial and mediation preparation, taking witnesses at trial, being assigned your own cases, as well as intaking new clients. An ideal candidate for this job is an attorney who is hungry to learn how to practice plaintiff personal injury law on a high level, including how to take a high value injury case from A to Z, get experience in trial practice, as well as learn to develop your own practice and client base. An aggressive yet personable attitude, pride in your work product, and excellent work ethic is of utmost importance. At least three years of experience in Plaintiff personal injury or insurance defense work is required and must have graduated in the top 25% of class.
