As seen in today's Kansas City Business Journal! KidsTLC also proudly recognize five exceptional individuals whose journeys from military service to mental and behavioral health have enriched our campus and the lives of children and families. Through their leadership and dedication, they continue to create safe spaces for healing and growth, inspire hope in our clients, and uplift our team.
Featured from left to right, these four individuals bring invaluable skills to KidsTLC’s Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF): Marcus Fanning, a Navy veteran, has served as a care facilitator since 2014; Tytiana Taylor, an Army veteran, began as a care facilitator in 2021, was promoted to shift lead, advanced to PACER, and now serves as program implementation manager (PIM); Mike Jones, an Army veteran, also joined as a care facilitator in 2022, was promoted to PACER, then campus manager, and now holds the role of program implementation manager (PIM); and Dr. Ashley Barr, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, an Army veteran, joined KidsTLC in 2023 as a campus medical provider and to offer outpatient psychiatric medication management.
