Our Account Manager, Tom Delehanty, represented KidLink this week at the National Conference on Juvenile Justice, hosted by the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) in Boston, MA. It was a great opportunity to connect with judges, court professionals, and child welfare leaders from across the country and to share how KidLink supports youth in residential care.

Exciting news! KidLink Account Managers, Maggie Howard and Hannah Faulkner, recently visited Meridell Achievement Center in Austin, TX. While there, we had the opportunity to meet their staff and tour the facility alongside Eric Balvantin, Meridell’s Director of Business Development. We were thrilled to welcome Meridell into our portfolio and continue our mission of supporting children in need of treatment. We look forward to making a meaningful impact together!

Last week, our team came together for an incredible meeting filled with team building, training, and innovation! We were fortunate to have Scott Doyel, Associate Director of Learning and Development, lead a session on collaborative conversations to help strengthen communication and teamwork. We also had some fun learning with Family Feud, testing our knowledge of facility programs, and getting creative with Shark Tank, where staff pitched new ideas and processes to enhance the team’s work. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and contributed! Here’s to continued growth and success!
