Verpackungsinnovation für mehr Nachhaltigkeit: Wir führen das VILSA NIX-PACK ein – und ersetzen als erster deutscher Getränkehersteller bei all unseren Einwegflaschen die Schrumpffolie durch Klebepunkte🚀 #ProtectingTomorrowToday: Mit der innovativen Technik werden die Flaschen eines Sixpacks nicht mehr durch Plastikfolie, sondern durch punktuelle, sehr starke Klebepunkte zusammengehalten. Den bisherigen Kunststofftragegriff ersetzen wir durch einen Griff aus recycelbarem Karton. Die Kombination aus Klebepunkten und Pappträger macht das VILSA NIX-PACK zu der nachhaltigsten Lösung für die VILSA rPET-Einwegflaschen. Grundsätzlich bestehen alle Einwegflaschen für VILSA-Produkte aus recyceltem PET. 💧 Wir investieren laufend in neue Maschinen und Techniken, um unseren Kunden die beste und nachhaltigste Verpackungslösung zu bieten. Wir verbessern die Klimabilanz unseres Einweg-Sortiments durch dieses Meilenstein-Projekt erheblich: Wir sparen ca. 2.000 Kilometer Schrumpffolie pro Jahr ein, insgesamt summieren sich die Kunststoff-Einsparungen auf 50 Tonnen jährlich. Im Vergleich zu den mit der Schrumpffolie verbundenen Treibhausgasemissionen erzielen wir eine Reduktion der CO₂-Emissionen zwischen 40 - 70% Prozent. Dies ist abhängig von den Flaschengrößen und variiert. Konkret sparen wir zum Beispiel beim 1-Liter-NIX-PACK 62,5 % CO₂-Emissionen. Die Schrumpffolie zu ersetzen ist im Hinblick auf die sofort sichtbare Müllvermeidung im Handel – wer kennt nicht ein zerrupft aussehendes Einweg-Regal?! – eine wichtige Weichenstellung. GRATULATION an das gesamte VILSA-Team, das seit Monaten auf Hochtouren an diesem großen Projekt arbeitet. Vielen Dank für die sehr gute Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Partner KHS Group. With the help of our latest-generation stretch blow molding technology, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is taking the amount of energy saved in its PET bottle manufacturing operations up to the next level. The bottler has replaced not one but two older machines with the InnoPET Blomax whose performance even exceeds expectations. SmartCan filler/seamer block by KHS/Ferrum - Hygienic block system for high outputs Great flexibility, a high standard of hygiene and plenty of future viability all rolled into one: our SmartCan filler/seamer block by KHS/Ferrum combines numerous advantages in a single machine. The filler, seamer (by Ferrum) and housing are perfectly attuned to one another. The computer-controlled can filler and seamer can fill beer and carbonated soft drinks, juices, still beverages and even coffee and tea quickly and efficiently. The servodrive technology enables automated positioning with a highly accurate degree of reproducibility coupled with a low amount of wear. The can filler/seamer block can process up to 135,000 cans per hour with a diameter of 50 to 73 millimeters and a height of 88 to 200 millimeters.
