Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Key Responsibilities: Managed Services elements of engagements, developing value propositions and solutions specific to cloud opportunities and ‘closing the deal’. Skills in business discussions with the customer to understand the customer’s business environment, requirements and issues Sales performance through expanded use of digital and social processes and capabilities. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding customer accounts across various industries. Achieve annual sales targets through proactive account management, upselling, cross selling of Khazana Cloud services. Effectively lead, communicate and execute inside sales strategy. Understanding of competitive landscape of domestic cloud market, to effectively position Cloud offerings Creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in spoken and written English. C-level verbal, written and presentation communication skills Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience: Fresh Graduate - 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. Experience with B2B sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
