Key Foundation, Inc. is proud to offer a variety of services to meet the needs of qualified adults from highly trained and qualified staff ready to assist with any circumstance that may arise. Together, we help you create an individualized, culturally diverse, person centered plan. Services are funded by COMP and NOW medicaid waiver through DBHDD. KFI offers the following services: Community Access Supported Employment Residential Services Community Living Supports Respite Specialized Medical Supplies Our Mission is to support adults with exceptional abilities, help them identify and pursue their dreams and provide opportunities to become a connected member of their community.
