2 years ago, I was working with someone who couldn't find a job. He had the right certifications and skills. He told me "I have a great resume, you don't need to change it." When I look at his resume, I couldn't tell if he was applying for IT Support or going for network admin role. The resume was all over the place. If you have a resume that's tailored to two different jobs. I would recommend making a 2nd resume. In his case, he has ccna. I told him to make another resume tailored to network admin roles. I have free discord where we sometimes look at resumes. We redid his resume and he got a job offer after changing the resume. I see a bunch of people on reddit who have certifications and skills but won't admit that their resume needs to be revamped. The resume is important. I see it all the time. Candidates applying for hundreds of jobs and don't get any calls back. This goes back to the resume. You need to take a step back and go back to resume. I had one person that does coaching with me. Finally landed a job this week. He was worried about his answers. No degree/no certs. I told him to have a bit of confidence when answering questions. You have a great resume with solid customer service background. Trust the process. They will get back to you. He got hired because he talked about his lab experience using active directory, mfa and office 365.
