We are thrilled to share that our mixed-use project at 55 North La Cienega Boulevard has received Planning Commission approval this evening! This seven-story development will bring 140 residential units to Beverly Hills, helping to address the city's critical housing shortage. Among these, 11 units will be designated for very low-income households and 11 for moderate-income households, supporting a more inclusive and diverse community. The project will also include 20,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, activating the iconic Restaurant Row with new retail, restaurant, and market/eatery spaces. Additionally, residents will enjoy premium amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness facilities, and outdoor gathering spaces. We are excited to bring this vision to life and contribute to the future of Beverly Hills!
