#HispanicHeritageMonth is a celebration of the unique aspects of Hispanic culture. One specific part that Karolaine Alzate loves the most about her heritage is the passion that Hispanic people have for their culture and lifestyle.

?? Exciting news! KETTLER Accounting has promoted not one, but THREE of our amazing team members: Adel Antoun to Sr. Vice President of Finance, Andrew Gantt to Controller of Development Accounting, and Joshua Gray to Accounting Manager! Adel Antoun has been with KETTLER for almost 7 years and has led the Land and Multi-Family Development Accounting team throughout his tenure. Adel stepped into the role at a time when we were managing a very complex development project and was instrumental in overseeing and managing that project to completion. Since then, Adel has helped put together and train a high-quality team and has led them through various accounting software transitions, policy and procedure enhancements and enhanced reporting to our lenders and partners. Adel has become a trusted partner to both our investors and lenders as well as to the Kettler team. Over the last few years, Adel has also taken on all matters related to land financing and has done a fantastic job on building lender relationships and closing on several land loans for Kettler. This past year, Adel has also started to take on a more active role in the multi-family financing space as well. His role has continued to grow, and as such he is now moving full time into Financing and will now be the SVP of Finance. With Adel moving full time into the new Finance role, Andrew Gantt has been promoted to Controller for Development Accounting. Andrew has been with Kettler for over 10 years and has benefited under Adel’s leadership for the better part of his tenure. During this time, Andrew has taken on increased leadership responsibilities as Adel has gradually moved into the Finance role. He has become a trusted and valued colleague to the Kettler Development team and has taken on a more active role with our external partners. Andrew has been integral to all aspects within the department and has become a subject matter expert. We are excited for this next step and opportunity for Andrew. In addition, we are excited to announce the promotion of Josh Gray to the position of Accounting Manager within the Development Accounting department. Josh has been with Kettler for 4 years and has taken on several of our complex Multifamily and Land projects. Specifically, he has taken an active role in our Ybor project and has done an excellent job. He has established trusted relationships with our partners for the projects he manages. Josh is a great team player and demonstrates dedication to become great leader to the team. Josh will be managing the development accounting team and will work directly with the Controller to assist overseeing the development accounting functions. We are excited to announce the promotion of Carrie Oelze to Central Business Manager! Carrie has an incredible forty-one years of experience in the multifamily industry. She began her career in Property Management in Texas, working in the leasing office of a community in Austin. Over the years, she has managed a diverse range of communities, including Senior Housing, Class A, and Class B assets. Carrie has been part of the KETTLER family for six years, most recently as a Collections Manager for the ROSTER Team. In her new role as Central Business Manager, she will oversee the residential accounts for Chase at Bryant Street, Coda at Bryant Street, and Rialto. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending leisure time at the beach and cherishes moments spent with family and friends. She also enjoys music, decorating, shopping, and travel. We are excited to announce the promotion of Asisha Burch to Central Business Manager! Asisha began her career in multifamily nine years ago, starting as a concierge and quickly advancing to a leasing consultant within a month of being with her company. Her fast progression did not stop there, as after joining a new organization she was promoted to Property Manager within six months. Asisha has been a part of the KETTLER family for three years now. She has thoroughly enjoyed her role as Assistant Community Manager at The Acadia at Metropolitan Park, where she excelled in her efforts to enhance resident service. In her new role as Central Business Manager, she will oversee the residential accounts for Acadia at Metropolitan Park, 1305 Dock Street, and 1405 Point. A passionate learner who thrives on collaboration, Asisha is excited about this next step in her career. She looks forward to applying her experience and driving success in her new position. Outside of work, Asisha balances her professional achievements with the joys of being a new mom. She is passionate about makeup artistry and cooking soul food, and she loves to host and plan events. She is known for creating memorable holiday gatherings and special occasions at home. Please join us in congratulating Asisha on this well-deserved promotion.

Please join us in welcoming Gabrielle Soriano as our new Vice President of Gasworx Marketing! Gabby brings 15 years of placemaking, public relations, and event management experience to KETTLER. Prior to joining our team, she led these operations in her role as Vice President of Marketing at Strategic Property Partners, where she oversaw the marketing and event management efforts of the Water Street Tampa brand. She is an adept, award-winning strategist in the planning, launching, and implementation of destination brands and placemaking. Before her position as Vice President of Marketing, Gabby worked for five years as the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications with Strategic Property Partners. Here she developed marketing campaigns, event frameworks, and media communications strategies for both Water Street Tampa and Sparkman Wharf, two vibrant urban developments on the waterfront in Tampa. As a part of our team, Gabby’s expertise will be focused on Gasworx, a multi-year project and a brand new submarket in Tampa, FL. She will spearhead awareness and marketing efforts for the Gasworx project in Tampa while further positioning the KETTLER brand in the market. Gabby also holds a degree in Psychology from Florida State University. She is a native of Tampa, where she lives with her husband and two children. Welcome to the team, Gabby!
