Key Responsibilities: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration for a range of Fintech products. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring the voice of the customer is central to product development. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Monitor product performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, especially in highly regulated markets. Mentor and support junior product managers within the team, fostering a culture of growth and innovation. Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within Fintech or a similar fast-paced, regulated industry. Strong understanding of financial technologies, digital payments, lending, banking, or cryptocurrency. Proven track record of delivering successful products that balance user needs with business objectives. Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.     What Makes a Great Product Manager? Being a Product Manager is like being the conductor of an orchestra, except the musicians are engineers, designers, and stakeholders... and they all want to play their own solo. So what sets the great ones apart? Let’s break it down: Master Juggler: Great PMs can juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and random requests thrown at them—without dropping the ball (too often). Bonus points if they manage to look calm while doing it! Translator Extraordinaire: The ability to translate "engineer-speak" into "business-speak" and vice versa. Because when someone says, "Can’t we just add this feature?" a good PM knows the right way to explain that “just” is the most dangerous word in tech. Data Detective: They can sift through mountains of data, spot patterns, and make informed decisions. Basically, Sherlock Holmes but with more pivot tables.
