Day two at HR Technology Conference & Exposition starts now!! #HRTechConference
Last night, the HRTech conference kicked off for vendors, and within 45 minutes, our booth was filled with representatives from universities, government agencies, recruiting firms, healthcare, and tech companies. Some were looking for better ways to manage their large applicant pools, struggling with limited resources to properly vet every candidate—even at the enterprise level. Others were hiring globally and facing challenges with time zones, language barriers, and skill assessment. Many were seeking more transparency in hiring and a better way to provide feedback to candidates so they can improve, whether they got the job or not.
