We’re making fantastic progress on, The Finch! ?? This project’s really taking shape—almost all the exterior finishes are up, and the building’s unique design is looking amazing with touches like street-level stoops and private patios, giving it a warm, neighborhood feel near the Capitol building. Inside, we’re making steady progress with cabinetry, countertops, and MEP trim going in, and drywall and interior finishes moving along floor by floor. It’s exciting to see this future home for Denver’s young professionals come together. Huge thanks to our hardworking team making it happen every day! ?? #WhatsInConstructionWednesday

Our Pie & Pack event was a success! ?? We came together for some friendly pie competition. Even better, we packed winter survival supply kits for the homeless community. Big thanks to the KEPHART-ians who brought pies and helped us pack the supply kits —your generosity made a difference! ??

Bel Aire is really coming to life along West Colfax! This project is transforming a historic stretch once known for auto businesses into a lively, walkable community with a neighborhood feel. Ground-floor entries on 15th Street help blend into the area, and residents will soon enjoy amazing views from our city view deck and sky decks—west to the mountains and east back to Denver’s skyline! Decorative siding is going up around the pool courtyard, and inside, units are nearly ready for appliances. Bel Aire will offer an incredible mix of amenities, from co-working spaces and a cafe to a huge gear storage area for all things bikes, skis, and boards. With courtyards and pathways connecting every corner, residents will have seamless access to both indoor and outdoor spaces designed for modern, active lifestyles. Happy Halloween! We’ve had a great time celebrating this year at KEPHART thanks to our Fun Committee! We held our annual pumpkin carving contest and this year’s winning pumpkin was #4, The Mummy, which was carved by Jennifer Dodge, Jocelyn Smith, and Carter Weitz. Noelle Van Lerberghe correctly guessed the number of Reese’s Peanut Butter cups that were in the jar – 192 – and she was only off by a count of 1! And the highlight of the day was Caitlin Kennedy, Ethan Miller, Holly Hammontree, and Jake Dudley showing up to work dressed as the Men in Black. We hope that you have a wonderful Halloween and have as much fun as we have today!????

We are thrilled to be at the Nevada Housing Coalition's annual housing conference in Sparks, Nevada to promote the development and preservation of affordable housing. Doug Van Lerberghe and Jesse Garland are at the conference representing the KEPHART team.
